Customer 360 is the holy grail of customer platforms - everyone wants it - ability to understand and engage with the customer intimately and create a lasting experience that converts them to a life long customer. But how to achieve this? There are two popular options - build or buy. Buy is a decent option but many fall short, expensive and vendor lock-in. Build is a less decent option but many do not have the capacity or talent to pull this off.
